Rooted in nervous system awareness and somatic connection, this work helps you tune into your body’s natural intelligence. Through a trauma-informed approach, I support you in softening stress, moving through emotion, and finding a sense of inner steadiness — one breath at a time.

About

My name is Esther (Chitra) Chelladurai

I'm a former tech executive turned breathwork facilitator. After years of chasing success, burnout led me back to something simple and powerful: my breath.

 

In that stillness, I reconnected not just with my body, but with my roots — including Chitra, my given name. Paired with Amma, the word for “mother,” Amma Chitra reflects the kind of love I now offer through this work: nurturing, grounded, and helping others feel held.

 

To me, mothering is a way of being — you can hold space for others with care and intention, no matter who they are.

 

Through breathwork, I help people regulate their nervous systems, process emotions, and return to themselves. This is a space for healing, remembrance, and becoming.
